We do not have retail store. We only operate online. We are proud makers of products  entirely Made  in India.

What if I need to change my order?

If you wish to change or add your existing order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order, on our Instagram handle @comfychicvibes or WhatsApp to us +91 9119119198, You can write to us on arclothing04@gmail.com. Always ensure your  shipping address is correct. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us.

Where do you ship? Is there a shipping fee?

We ship pan- India. The prices on our designs are inclusive of GST charges. Free shipping all over India.

When will I receive my order?

we dispatch your order within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your order. Your Prepaid orders delivered within 2 to 6 working days based on your location and your COD orders delivered within 5-10 working days based on your location. 

What are the different payment options?

We accept online transfers, and also offer cash on delivery. You can make online transactions via Google Pay, PhonePay, Paytm.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We don’t accept returns  unless the products reach you with defects. In that case, we will offer a full refund for the purchase. How can I track my order?

Once your has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping Timeline 

• Currently our dispatch is 24-48 hours and  COD orders dispatch after confirmation via call or message.
• After dispatch it would take 2-7 days in transit (approx)  based on your location. Kindly place the order only if this timeline suits you. Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail from us with the tracking information. 

WE OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY FOR YOUR COMFORT, BUT RETURN ON CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS ARE A BIG HIT FOR SMALL BRANDS LIKE OURS. PLEASE 🙏 ORDER ONLY IF YOU’RE SURE. YOUR SUPPORT MEANS THE WORLD TO US !

• Please note that Sundays and Public/ other holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
• There can be delays in different circumstances that are not controllable from our end. Order cancellation/refund request will not be entertained.
• To ensure that the order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies like Delhivery and DTDC.
• We will not be able to give you information about your order status until it’s been packed from our end. Please wait for the dispatch email as we are a small team with limited staff memebers.

Shipping Charges 

we charge Rs.49 at checkout on COD orders and free shipping on prepaid orders. 

We do not have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched and you receive an email from us, within the above mentioned time frame. Once your order is shipped you will be notified with tracking details for you to track the order.

But in case, you are not fully satisfied with our products, you can raise exchange requests within 2 days of receiving the product. STEPS FOR SIZE EXCHANGE 

• Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery
• Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange 
• Please mention your name, address, number, email id, on the parcel along with the size needed
• please note, that exchange is allowed once per order
• The colour of the garment on every device can differ slightly which is not in our hands. We are not responsible for that and will not accept any exchange, refund, or cancellation over such a reasoning 
• For size exchange please emails/send E-mail us on arclothing04@gmail.com and contact us on +91 9119119198 with your original order number along with all necessary details within 1 day of receiving the product. 
• To & From shipping charges would be ₹250 which has to be paid by the customer 
• please make sure the product is in it’s original condition and all tags are intact 
• All our products are hand printed and there may be a colour variation for the same reason which is beyond our control and the control of our artisans. In such cases we will not be able to help you out with the same 
• No exchange or return for bags

IN CASE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.If you have received a damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. and make sure all the tags are intact. Once the product is delivered to us and has been checked by our team, we shall send you a fresh piece. No exchanges or returns will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

- IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION The orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched.
