Exchange policy

 

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

 We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

 We are committed to provide you the bestest experience with the best quality products. But in case, you are not fully satisfied with our products, you can raise exchange requests within 2 days of receiving the product. You can write to us on arclothing04@gmail.com Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment

STEPS FOR SIZE EXCHANGE 

  • Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery
  • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange 
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email id, on the parcel along with the size needed
  • please note, that exchange is allowed once per order
  • The colour of the garment on every device can differ slightly which is not in our hands. We are not responsible for that and will not accept any exchange, refund, or cancellation over such a reasoning 
  • For size exchange please emails/send E-mail us on arclothing04@gmail.com and contact us on +91 9119119198 with your original order number along with all necessary details within 1 day of receiving the product. 
  • To & From shipping charges would be ₹250 which has to be paid by the customer 
  • please make sure the product is in it’s original condition and all tags are intact 
  • All our products are hand printed and there may be a colour variation for the same reason which is beyond our control and the control of our artisans. In such cases we will not be able to help you out with the same 
  • No exchange or return for bags

IN CASE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased.If you have received a damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. and make sure all the tags are intact. Once the product is delivered to us and has been checked by our team, we shall send you a fresh piece. No exchanges or returns will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

 

- IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION The orders can be cancelled only before shipment has been dispatched.
